Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the language you prefer, and the answers to the questions for the coverage you asked about. If you create a password, we store it scrambled — we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who gets hold of the file.
The Medicare Guide asks about your doctors, the medications you take and the pharmacy you use. That is health information, and we ask for it for one reason: a Medicare plan cannot be compared without it. The same medication can cost very differently from one plan to the next, and a plan that drops your doctor is the wrong plan no matter what it costs.
It is stored on our own server, it is never emailed or texted to you or to anyone else, and it is shared only with the carriers we approach on your behalf for the coverage you asked about. You can leave every one of those questions blank and tell us on the phone instead.
We do not ask for your Medicare number, your Social Security number, or any document upload — there is nowhere on this site to send one. We do not keep medical records or diagnoses. When a carrier needs that kind of detail, it asks you directly on its own application.
There are no advertising cookies, no analytics, and no tracking pixels on this site. The only cookies are the one that remembers whether you are reading in English or Spanish, and the one that keeps you signed in while you check on a request.
To prepare your options and to call you back. That is the whole reason the form exists.
Insurance carriers, and only the ones we approach on your behalf for the coverage you asked about. We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and we do not hand it to lead buyers.
The home page shows a map of the Naples area that is served by Google. Loading that map lets Google see that a browser opened this page, the same as on any site with an embedded map. No other page on this site loads anything from anyone else.
On our own server, in a file that is not reachable from the web, and the site is served only over an encrypted connection.
Call or text us at (561) 781-2698 and we will tell you what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form for this — a phone call is faster and it is how we do it.
There is no automatic password reset, because we do not have outgoing email set up yet. If you forget yours, call or text us and we will reset it for you. We would rather say that plainly than promise you a link that never arrives.
